Rakedi is a young company based in Herzele and active with a SAAS (Software As A Service) solution in the restaurant business. We make available to our customers their own website with an online ordering function for the collection and delivery of the most delicious dishes, snacks and drinks.

Customer Support Agent (m/f/x)

We are looking for a young driven force with keen technical insight.

Description of the function

You will take on the following tasks:

  • You master both the Rakedi application and peripherals so you can act as a true expert, both on the phone and on site with customers.
  • You will support the new Rakedi websites with online ordering platform ensuring they run seamlessly, both on the customer's equipment and our own hardware.
  • You are ready to do go for self-training and learn all about it.
  • You will process requests from incoming customers by phone, mail and portal.
  • You turn recurring questions into procedures, FAQs and manuals.
  • You proactively contact customers to provide solution-oriented answers to incoming questions: mainly technical, but also commercial.
  • You have the skills to communicate fluently within the team and with customers (by phone and on site).
Profile

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, both written and spoken and you have a strong affinity for web applications and peripherals.

The job

We work 39 hours a week with 6 days of ADV in a team of 6 Rakedi employees with a balance between remote and office work.
